Aerial is for everybody!

Adult Classes

Our adult students range in age from 16 all the way up to 75 years old! It's never too late to start. Classes focus on building strength and flexibility while learning the foundations of aerial dance on trapeze, aerial sling and aerial silks. No experience necessary, just a desire to take your workout off the ground and fly!

Reserve a spot by purchasing a one-time Drop-In class or save money with our Class Pack options. Please sign up before attending a class!  Classes with fewer than 3 students may be cancelled up to 12 hours in advance.

Youth Classes

Our teaching for younger students integrates play, creativity and the elements of dance on and off the ground. Students enjoy games, work together to create choreography, and even invent their own aerial moves, all while learning the fundamental skills of aerial dance with a safety-first philosophy.

Moon Sprites (Ages 5-9) - Thurs 5:15-6:10pm
Star Gliders (Ages 7-12) - Sun 5:00-6:00pm
Nova Rising (Ages 13-18 Level 1) - Tues 6:30-7:30pm
Celestials (Ages 13-18 Level 2) - Sun 6:00-7:00pm

Adults (Ages 16+):
Silks (all levels) - Tues 7:15-8:15pm   |   Thurs 7:15-8:15pm
Lyra (all levels) - Thurs 7:15-8:15pm

Open Gym (Ages 16+):
Mon 12:30-2:00pm
Wed 12:30-2:00pm

Terms of Service

Class fees are non-refundable, except in cases of class cancellations due to low enrollment.
Students may make-up a missed class by attending an additional class during the same session.
​To enroll mid-session, contact the instructor for availability and pro-rated fees.
