Which class is right for me?
Brand new to aerial? Complete beginners welcome! No experience is needed, just an adventurous spirit and a desire to take your fitness off the ground and SOAR!
What should I wear?
Form fitting tops with short or long sleeves, leggings or leotards are ideal. Please refrain from wearing clothing with zippers, snaps or buttons and avoid wearing jewelry. Long hair should be tied back. A water bottle is recommended (fountain on site).
Is there parking?
Yes! There is parking behind the studio. We share the space with GymWorld. Aerial classes happen on the left side of the gym. There may not be anyone at the reception desk to greet you when you arrive so come on in, put your shoes in a cubby and join us on the left side of the gym!
