Slinging Around (Sling/Hammock)
6:00 - 7:30pm
In this workshop we will focus on the art of creative transitions on aerial sling. Come get some new inspiration on what this limitless apparatus has to offer. Leave with new sequences, drills, and fresh ideas on how to take your sling work to the next level. This is an intermediate level workshop
Prerequisites -
• Solid Inverts and pullovers (can achieve consistently throughout the workshop)
• Endurance to stay in the air for 3 to 5 min at a time
Silks Shenanigans (int)
7:45- 9:15pm
For the aerial silks students wishing to expand their skills repertoire. This workshop will feed you new and exciting climbs, wraps, and sequences; or aerial candy.
Prerequisites -
• A solid understanding of intermediate skills including same side wrap (catchers) and opposite side wraps (cross catchers), hip key, s-wrap, and various footlocks
• Solid inverts from a climb (can achieve consistently throughout the workshop)
Pricing:
$60 per workshop
$110 for both
